Time Delay
They absolute best when it comes to high-end gifts. There was a delay in delivering the gift - the delay was completely out of your control. I was kept informed every step of the way. I really appreciated that.

Birthday Gift
I had previously bought the Italian Market for a friend of mine while he was recovering from surgery and he couldn't express how much he enjoyed it, especially the crate it came in. My sister's birthday was coming up so I ordered her the same exact one. She called and told me how everything in it was her favorite and she couldn't wait to eat it all. Her favorite part was the crate. I have yet to try one myself but I'm sure I will soon.
